E-Visa is a sub module under VLN system which allows public individuals to apply for Malaysia Visa directly online. This will help eliminate the need for individuals to apply for Malaysia Visa via agents who may impose additional charges on top of OSC and visa fees.

• China citizens within China Mainland
• VTR (Tourists); VDR (Students, Business, Workers) applications have to be done through OSC or VLN Counter
• Social visits (Single Entry Visit)
• Single journey (maximum 30 days stay) to Malaysia within 3 months of issue date
